Louis Bourekas leads Reconnected with a passion for making IT support personal and practical. He holds a Bachelor of Computing (Hardware & Networking) from Monash University and has over two decades of IT experience, covering everything from home systems to enterprise networks. Our Story
How Reconnected Began
Founded in 2007 by Louis Bourekas, Reconnected began as a one-man operation helping neighbours and small businesses with their everyday tech issues. Drawing in his early careers as a Systems Engineer at Pro Tech Australasia, Louis saw a need for approachable, local IT support that offered enterprise-quality service without the big-business overhead.
Over the years, Reconnected has grown into a trusted name in Cranbourne – built on word-of-mouth, reliability, and genuine care for the people behind the technology.
In 2017, Louis also co-founded No Limits Aerial Photography, showcasing his love for technology and innovation beyond traditional IT work.
